"From the very first day I walked into your dealership, I was greeted by two sales people. I ended up speaking to John A and found someone that had a common intrest with cycling/mountain biking. My second trip to your store I was welcomed by several of your sales people and was surprised me the most is that they already knew me! My thrid trip to your store and just about everyone made me feel welcomed and comfortable... which made my mind up and and that was the day I purchased my bike.
That night I registered myself in your rider's edge class on line. I then recieved a call from the dealership confirming my registration, and I asked to move to a early class. Very surprised, I recieved several calls always keeping me updated if I was able to move in to a class.
This weekend I was able to do my Rider's Edge Class, and let me tell you! It was more than what I expected! Great class and instructors leading the way!
Most of all the commitment your dealership has offered me. I asked Denny if I could use my gift card from the class for additional bike accessories... like a windshield for the bike of my dreams? And everyone at the your dealership went about and beyond to take care of me!

"Yesterday was a very important day for me.Me and the family drove down to Central TX H-D in Austin to look around. I found the bike that I knew I had to have. A 2002 Heritage softail classic.After the done was complete the dealership anounced that I had just returned from iraq and had just bought my first Harley.Me and one of my 3 year old triplet sons Ben rang a big brass bell.It was a great day.Since I had only expected to look at bikes I was not properly geared up,shorts and a t-shirt(Its hot here in Texas) I got a loner helmet and was on the road back to Fort Hood from Austin.It was a great run.I received my own brand from the hot pipes so I have officialy bonded with my bike,I think I left some skin on the pipes,haha.The bike is happily sitting in my garage, All night long ,every couple of hours I go check on it.I sit on sit and say your mine,baby !!!!This is a dream come true,I have waited 20 years to make it happen."

"Friday, 6/29/07, myself and a couple of riding buddies were in Austin from Houston for first leg of quick weekend trip and as we Harley riders do, always find a local dealership to browse around. Spent a little time doing so and left for afternoon refreshment. After leaving, I noticed engine and battery light had came on my 06 Streetglide. I left the fellows and immediately returned to have it checked out. The service department guys took me right in. Turns out my voltage regulator had gone out. It was replaced and i was back on my way. The last thing I wanted was to be stranded and I commend the service department staff for their service and rate it to be top notch. This experience was a first for me being that I've only been riding since last May. I left there with the confidence that there would be no more problems and take my hat off to you guys for making it possible for the remainder my trip a success. "

This was my first big group ride, and it was wonderful to feel the support and
encouragement from my dealership.
I purchased my Harley from CTHD about this time last year. Since I am a full
time partner, mother and architect, I don't always get to ride as much as I like. What you sponsored was wonderful. It gave me an opportunity to get together with fellow riders in a friendly and safe environment, make new friends and become a better rider.
With a small child, long weekend rides and rally's are fun, but not something that we can participate in very often. Riding weather for some is Tball, soccer and football weather to us moms. It's sometimes hard for moms to participate with independent clubs, as they often require a greater social or riding schedule than we can commit too with small children. For me, The Cookies and Hot Chocolate ride was perfect, and I hope to see more of these types of rides in the future!"

"Purchased a new 2006 FLHX (31 miles on it) and had a very pleasant experience. While I was in the works of financing, the sales person pointed out some deep scratches on the front fender as well as both bags. Central Texas immediately ordered all three components. I was shocked. If this had been a car, the dealership would have let me drive off and claim they had no clue.
I purchased some accessories and brought them back for an exchange and the parts person was awesome. Swapped them out in minutes and I was on my way.
Not only am I a proud Harly owner of one of the most sought after bikes but a proud "regular" customer of Central Texas Harley. "

"My first Harley purchase was akin to being adopted by a whole new family. I was up to the last minute torn between that other "Big Touring" bike manufacturer and actually walked back and forth from one dealer to the other.
My wife and I discussed all the options and items and the big sales point was the Sales staff, the concern for my purchasing the right bike, and the feeling of Family. Dan went way above and beyond in his explanation of the various models of touring bikes available and the attributes of each. This was in enough detail and yet english speak, that my non-mechanically inclined wife commented on how much she understood. When all was said and done, in that other place, all I had was a color option. The sales staff over there was less than knowledgeable, and more concerned with a commission. Dan, I still need to come by and see you for an item we discussed, but believe me I'll be in there often, if for no other reason than to visit... Great Product, Great Store and most importantly, a Fantastic Staff. Remember, I drove past a Harley Dealer to make it to Central Texas Harley...and would certainly do it again ...."

"I've been doing business with Central Texas for almost 4 years. I know we're all supposed to be part of the "family," but Central Texas takes this word to new heights. Even though I didn't originally purchase my FXST from CTHD they have always treated me as if I did. In fact, they treated me better than the dealership where I originally bought my bike.
Most of my dealings have been with the service department people. I must state that due to past rumours I had many initial concerns-they were unfounded, Joe, Frank, and everyone else have not only treated me as a friend but as a customer. The latter's important. No question is treated as foolish and no concern goes unaddressed. In other words they actually treat you with respect. When I purchase a vehicle the service area is the first thing I look at-how will I be treated after I purchase. My next and all future purchases will be made at Central Texas Harley. I refer a lot of my friends and associates here-and I take referals very seriously. Thank you for efforts and high standards."
