"I must say that when I came here I was very shocked cause I had gone to two other harley dealers and they didn't want to work with me at all. I came to Central Texas Harley and they were as nice as could be to me from the time I walked in and still are. I told them that the day I came in I was not going to buy and I was not pressured at all. I wanted to test drive bikes and they said sure no problem. I test drove a few bikes that day and then I went home and made my choice. I came back the next day and bought me a 2008 street glide. I bought it in August of 2012. I have not had any problems at all with it. Whenever I come up there and need something done to my bike they are fast with it. I try and send people to them all the time cause they care about there customers."

"After driving 200 miles from Tyler, Texas to Central Texas Harley-Davidson in Round Rock, rolling out the red carpet would be an understatement of the treatment that we (my fiancee and I) received last Friday. We were greeted out front within a couple minutes of browsing the bikes and was directed to the Sales Representative I have been speaking with instantly. I would like to make a special note about John Schoen. John contacted me within 5 minutes of an emailed query of a motorcycle that I saw online on Tuesday night at 8 pm (after store hours and on his day off I later found out). He represented your Dealership with great knowledge and was more than willing to answer any questions I had regarding my future bike. I also worked with Anthony Thompson whom made an extra effort to ensure that I would be able to purchase an extended warranty for my new 2012 Electra Glide, Ultra Limited, FLHTK. Every employee in all departments greeted us with a smile and was glad to help us in any way. We love our new Bike and put nearly 400 miles on it that weekend. "I purchased a 2010 Road Glide Custom at CTHD on 9 February, 2013. I was the previous owner of a 2012 Softail Slim, and was looking to upgrade to a bike designed for long duration rider comfort. Dan Jones was my salesman and Harley subject matter expert. He provided absolutely phenomenal customer service. My purchasing experience was among the best I have had, when purchasing a high dollar value item. "I recently purchased a 2012 Fat Boy Lo. Pete was my salesman. I went to 5 dealerships in the Dallas area and couldnt get a salesman to look in my direction much less ask if I needed help. I'm not even sure I saw salesman at those shops. I found a Fat Boy Lo on the internet that was at CT H-D. I sent a late night email and got a call from Pete the next morning. Pete was very generous with his time. He set up a test ride and a meeting for the same day. I went to the dealership and tried to look at the bike before I talked to Pete. Before I could even find it Pete approached me and asked if he could help. I haven't riden in 10 years so I had a ton of questions. My wife and son added theirs and Pete never made us feel like we were asking dumb questions (and we were). Pete was patient and knowledgable. I didn't get the "hard sell" or any bull. He asked questions about what I wanted and set me up with a bike that is perfect for me. The service guys stayed late to put on the pipes that I wanted and the guys helped me pick the perfect accesories. Financing was a cake walk! Pete offered plenty of good advice. My only complaint was that Pete didn't offer to move the dealership closer to Dallas! I love the Fat Boy Lo and I have never had a more enjoyable purchasing experience for anything major. My wife and son were glad they were there to enjoy it as well. Good job Pete and thanks for the help. "

"For starters, I'm a rider not a biker - I own all types of motorcycles and enjoy the differences each brings to the riding experience. Having owned 3 Harley's in the past, I'd been pondering putting another one in the garage. I stopped by Central Texas HD on a whim, wanting to look at the MoCo's current offerings. I really feel Harley's sell themselves, they're an American icon and rolling works of art with enough updating and modern touches to stay competitive in the world market while still retaining their roots. With that said - there's no pressure once you walk in this dealership, you're greeted and treated very well the entire time you're there. It wasn't just me either, I watched other guests come and go who received the same treatment. The store is clean, set up well and very inviting to just hang out if that's your agenda. The sales staff are obviously proud of their products and the environment they have to work in - they gave the perception they're a family there. I knew what I was looking for, and my salesman Mitch simply followed me around pointing out the newer features I was unfamiliar with. Once I found the bike I was interested in, we sat and chatted casually about it - again, no pressure and simple pride in the product with expert knowledge. I was shown around the facility and made to feel as if it was a place I was welcomed no matter which department we were in - a real 5 star tour. Afterwards I was offered a test ride on the bike I had been looking at, then given advice on a route to run it through it's paces. I decided it was the bike I wanted and the purchase process started - Mitch's approach was straight forward and he got me the deal I sought. The parts counter and staff made sure the accessories and I parts I needed to make the deal right for me were either set aside or ordered right away - a very professional staff and ready to make things happen. In all, it was an easy transaction and a great experience - I'm on the bike I want, the way I wanted it, before I inked the purchase order. As I stated earlier, I firmly believe Harley's sell themselves, but when you're out to make a purchase, it's the sales staff are who you're really buying. They're responsible for making sure you know the entire dealership stands behind you and your bike. That's not always the case I've experienced in my 24 years of riding, but Central Texas HD hit the bullseye with this rider. I didn't stop in to buy a bike that day, but found the one I'd been looking for and a first rate experience that convinced me to make the move. Good job Mitch, keep up the great work! "

"Donnie in your rental department is THE BEST !!! I found myself in Killen, Texas for an unexpected lengthy stay. Being the eternal optimist, I looked for positive ways to spend my time....one of which was to try to secure a motorcycle ride (which is a seasonal proposition at home in Upstate New York). Unable to find rental opportunities in Killeen, I searched the Internet for other options and found Central Texas Harley-Davidson. "Finally convinced my wife to at leaset look at the Harleys with me, it was Feb. 25th. I had been wanting to back on a Harley for 30 years. She looked with me and saw one she liked, a 2005 Softail Deluxe. She let me test ride it at that visit, and seeing how happy I was after the ride, she said we would talk about maybe getting one. On Feb. 29th, we made the purchase. Johnny Love was just fantastic as the sales rep. we worked withon this. Everyone at the dealership is just awsome, from the sales staff to finance, parts and everyone else. The experience was great, my wife now knows what it is like to ride the best bike on the road, Harley Davidson. "I stopped in to Central Harley on Nov. 19th and was greeted by Mike Vaughan in parts and accessories. In my opinion, he went well above the call of duty to assist me in the research on seats and windshields for my 2012 FLTRX. (read - wife gives ME a spending allowance). "We've bought two bikes within about 6 months of each other. She got an '09 Dyna Super Glide and I got an '05 Ultra Classic. "My wife and I was on vacation from northeast Kansas riding our 1999 Road King when we started to have problems with the bike it was Saturday moring at 6:45 AM when I pulled into Central Harley the service personal was already there and the shop opened up at 7:00 AM I advised them of the problem I was having and they got my bike in right at 7:00 AM and found the problem and we was back on the road in an hour and half the service we was given was 110% from the service department and I cannot say enough about the how we were treated in and out in a short time I would like to thank all the service employees for there service and would advise any one traveling in the area to make a stop at Central Harley and see for your self first class service from people who care about the customer"

"Broke a throttle cable Sat night during ROT. You guys being open on Sunday and having so many mechanics available was HUGE for me getting back home. "Came in from Houston to stay with some friends who had purchased a Harley from Central Texas in the past. Looked at the 100th Anniversary VROD and loved it. "Stopped in this morning to "kill some time" and look around the clothes and accessories departments. I didn't have anything specific in mind but I was greeted by your fantastic clothes sales person Cara Kokel. Never before have I been so warmly greeted at a Harley dealership. I was asked if I was looking for anything in-particular and after I responded what's new Carla began showing me was was new on the floor. "CTHD is tops in our book! You performed our 1,000 mile service in Fall 2008 and installed selected "must have" accessories at that time. In January 09 - you rented us 4 machines for a New Yorkers' Winter Break the day before our daughter's wedding - OUT STANDING!! You've just done the 15,000 mile service on our 08 Ultra, perfection again. "Was traveling through stopped to see about replacing a set of highway pegs. Found a set and had them installed. While there found that I had an unsafe rear tire was able to have tire replaced. All of this was done without having a service appointment. The entire staff was great to work with they keep my wife and I informed as the work was being done. After all service work was done they even washed my bike before returning it to me. All I can say is Thank You CTHD and I will be back."

"I was in your city to attend a motor officer funeral of a fallen brother from Cedar Park Police Department on 08-25-2010 with another Lubbock motor officer. I am the motor supervisor and also in charge of the motorcycle maintenance program for our city and we ride only Harley Davidson police Roadkings so I have had extensive experience with Harley Davidson dealerships. " I purchased my Harley out of state and it is only 2.5 weeks old and had to bring it in to the service department. The problem is that the bike has lost power and turned off on two occasions so on my first visit the Tech could not locate any problems and within 3 days I was back due to the same problem. On this visit Joe (Service Manager) explained that the problem would be corrected. My status was that on Monday I was off to Iraq for 2 months at which point Joe stated that the bike would be fixed and stored in the dealership service department. Joe's quick response to take care of my problem was well above and beyond so that I could depart at ease. Though I am upset at the problem the bike has and I could not ride it a day prior to leaving I am very grateful and relieved that the problem will be fixed and I can just come home and pick it up at the dealership. If Joe had not offered this service my bike would have sat in my garage until my return so that it could be fixed. My sincere "Thanks" to Joe and Rene who will keep my abreast of the status of my bike. I purchased my 07 Roadking from this dealership but purchased my current 2010 Ultra Limited (which is in the shop) in New Mexico as I was riding in the area and did not wait to look in Roundrock."

"I have never been to a dealership that was so helpful. We drove down to CTHD on June 26, 2010 to check them out and I was met with the kindest and most upbeat staff ever. We returned again on June 29, 2010 and purchased a 2010 SuperGlide. My husband loves the bike already and with me not being a "Harley" fan. I can't wait til we do business again with CTHD. I already have my bike picked out. Buying your first Harley is a huge mile stone and needs to be a great relationship between perspective buyer and sales staff. This dealership has all of those qualities. Believe me I am not into gloating on dealers and have purchased several new cars/ trucks but this is a dealer we will continue to use no matter where we live in this country. "Saturday I stopped in to have cruise control installed, which was purchased at the time I closed on my new '09 Electra Glide, and to pick up fairing lowers I had ordered but was planning to install myself. I got to work with the Mackie, in service, and, Frank and Mike, in parts and accessories. When Mackie saw the mileage was near the 1,000 mile mark, he offered to put a second mechanic on the bike to install the cruise and complete the 1,000 mile service and still get it out by 12:30p. I was impressed! In fact, I asked if they would go ahead and install the lowers and he obliged. That all took place at 9am and at 12:45p my bike was ready to go, all washed, serviced, and with cruise and lowers installed. Another pleasent experience dealing with Central Texas Harley. "I just purchased a new '09 Electra Glide over the phone. I quickly came to appreciated the effort Randy and Shane put into "closing the deal". After a brief round of negotiations to determine the "bottom dollar" I was pleasently surprised at the low price. And it was an OTD price! They did not insist on adding extra fees like many of the other HD dealers do at the closing...setup, freight, extended warranty, etc. When I asked for an explanation of the confusing subtotals and fees the HD software computes and writes on the closing printout, Robert and Jarred patiently explained and made sure the deal stayed as we had agreed. Amazing!!! These guys get it! They understand that sales volume is more important than letting unrealistic profit margins turn away prospects. I haven't found this at any other HD dealer and I have tried other in DFW, Austin, Waco, and El Paso. Many thanks to Bill and Rick for allowing several test rides on pre-owned bikes so I could decide which model to buy."

"HI, I drop into HD stores, when i can, wherever i happen to be, and today I was in the Round Rock area and stopped in your store. I talked with Mike Vaughn who took his time, searched and looked for some screws i was looking for on my 81 1000 sportster. He took his time and answered many questions as completely as he could. I appreciated his time and attention greatly in my search for accessories. None that you had, no big deal on that. But i was impressed by his attitude and assistance. Equally so was the attention and time to assist me in just looking at gloves, by Edie Johnson. She was pleasant and helpful in reviewing and discussing glove types and prices. "Professionalism, true customer service, and pride in ones workmanship exemplifies CTHD - Round Rock. Briefly, I was involved in an accident on 5 July causing significant damage to my bike preliminary to leaving for a trip to Sturgis on 24 July planned for a year. In a high state of anxiety I contacted Hance Smith, and he communicated my situation with Joe Camponescki, CTHD Service Mgr.. Joe's service team made the "impossible" occur.....my bike was totally repaired by 23 July and I made it to Sturgis. This kind of service doesn't just happen without a service commitment to "doing what's right for their customer." Joe and Rene communicated with me consistently and never conveyed I was "bothering them" when I asked for updates on my bikes repair progress. My obvious anxiety was alleviated because Joe's service team delivered on their promise to "get'er done" in time for my Sturgis trip! "Thanks to This Texas Harley Dealership! I was on the way to see my daughter who was in the hospital. i had come from houston and found I had an oil leak from my new oil cooler (gasket). This was late Friday afternoon. I spoke to Ralph who got me right in to service. The parts guys sold me the gasket out of a new Oil Cooler kit! "Recently wrecked my bike right outside of the dealer (UPS package incident). I walked back to the dealership, told the receptionist that I needed to get my bike back up there for repair work. I was then taken back to the Service dept, where they informed me of the situation with UPS and their packages. They went above and beyond the call of any service dept I've ever experienced. They not only gave me the number to call UPS, they let me use their phone, brought my bike back to the shop, took pictures, and stored the merchandise I ran over. The next day they also called UPS verfiying my story, and had them come and see the damage etc. They even went as far as calling the UPS's insurance to help speed along the process, they backed me up every step of the way. They never pressured me to try to get the insurance to ante up, and went over everything they were doing to the bike before and during work. All said and done, I got my bike back better looking than before the wreck, to say the least, and with no money out of pocket. They could have just sat around waiting for the insurance check, or hounded me about it, they didn't have to tell me anything about the UPS package and let me call my own insurance, but they didn't and I'm grateful. For something that bad to have happened, it couldn't have happened closer to a better service deptartment."

"Comments?? Comments!!!! Where does one start? I stopped by to see if the dealer still had the Screaming Eagle CVO Harley came out with this year. To my good fortune, I got to meet one of the sweetest ladies I have had the occasion to meet in a long time. I am talking about none other than Sue Reynolds. While talking, I simply asked her if there was a way to estimate what might be allowed on a 2006 Heritage Classic, should I be interested in buying an Ultra Glide, without me actually having the bike with me. She said she was sure they could do a "sight unseen," estimate. After talking with Sue, I was introduced to the Sales Manager, Ed. Folks, I was given at least $1500 more for my bike by Ed, than I was even offered at other locations and before I knew it, I was the proud owner of a 2009 Ultra Classic. The story doesn't stop here, though. They wanted to deliver it for me and then pick my old bike up, but being stubborn as I am, I told them I would rike me old bike in and pick up the new one. Arrived at the dealership about 10:20A. Spoke with Sue and a couple of people in service (sorry, the only one I remember was Joe, but they were all very easy to talk to and super nice. I inquired about the amount of time it would take to convert my 96 to a 103. I was told they like to have the bike for a couple of days, but the actual work took around 8.5 hours. Being impatient as I am, I then commented, "Well, I suppose getting it done today, would be out of the question?" Shouldn't have opened my mouth. Not only did Joe say the could do, they could start on it immediately. So, now I am not only the proud owner of a 2009 Ultra Classic, I am the proud owner of a 2009 Ultra Classic, with a 103 engine. The dealership, at this time of year, closes at 6:00P. We did not leave the store until sometime after 7:00P, and everyone was still there with me and all them were apologizing about how long it was taking and how sorry they were I was having to wait. I kept trying to tell them it was my fault they were there, not their fault I was there. If customer service means anything, anywhere, it is at Cental Texas Harley Davidson, in Round Rock, TX. By the way, Kim Smith, in finance/documents, was a keeper, too. The professional's professional. Even knows exactly how to add and subtract. What a blessing!! Folks I can not think of a more pleasant transaction to have completed anytime in the recent past, than this one. If you are thinking about buying and/or trading, PLEASE go by and ask for Sue Reynolds. She'll treat you right!!!"

"My riding experience had always been as a passenger, and I decided it was time to learn. I took the all Women Riders Edge Class with Jean and Sheri. They were wonderful... patient, encouraging, yet excellent about teaching us correct skills and safety. I passed the class on November 23rd and got my license on December 1st. I went in to see Jean on the 2nd and rented a bike for the day and took a beautiful ride up to Marble Falls. Shortly after I returned the bike, I got a call from Ric at the Austin store telling me that he had a Heritage that he thought I might like. Took it for a test ride on the 5th and fell in love with it! When I picked it up to take it home, I had to ride up to Round Rock to show it to Jean... the encouragement that I received from her and EVERYONE that I have worked with at both stores gave me the courage to get out on the road and truly feel the excitement of riding for myself. "I just have to share the wonderful experience I've had with this dealership. Not to long ago, I went searching for a motorcycle to buy for my mom;shes ALWAYS wanted one. So,I filled out the online financing app. and by the next day I received a phone call from a John Adler. He told me that the store off of BrakerLn didn't have any V-rods, but that a new store in round rock had opened and they had a night rod special still in the crate. He invited me to go pick it up, and said I could enjoy the festivities of the grand opening while I waited for the bike to be built,paperwork,etc. I was so overjoyed that I hung up and drove the 2 hrs. up from San Antonio. When I arrived, I was taken care of very well, even with all the people that were everywhere, I was never forgotten about and that made me feel important. I drove home with the bike, insurance coverage, and a smile on my face. And nothing could replace the memory of the look on my mom's face; she loved the bike. It seemed perfect,but since she wasn't there when I bought it, she didn't get fitted on it. I guess I underestimated how short she really is... so we went around to local HD dealers in San Antonio to see if we could get fitted, but they all made it seem like this was impossible. So, determined not to give up, because my mom already had, I decided to contact Round Rock to see what they could do. I got a hold of Hance, who suggested to put a reach seat on it and start from there. He even had a driver come pick up the bike. Since my mom is a nurse it was very hard for her to get up there and when we did it turned out that Hance had some bad luck that morning and didn't make it in. because of this the bike hadn't been touched. My mom was mad, I guess because she had already lost hope. But then, Joe, the service manager, stepped in and in the wink of an eye he had that reach seat put on there. When my mom got on to try it out, there was a noticeable improvement, but Joe realized that she would also need new handle bars as well. He told her that he would find aftermarket bars, order a couple, try them on, and then he would have her come back. Well, when we got back there Joe had the bike set up, my mom sat on it and the new bars were perfect. Joe is good at his job, for two reasons, the first because having only seeing her once, he got it right and second shes picky as all hell and he managed to not disappoint with the style he choose. The mechanic, Scott, adjusted her levers for her and took his time to answer her questions. After everything, I could not be any happier with everything this team, and I do stress team, has done for us. They seem to really love their jobs and the company, because they proved that Harley, like their motorcycles are susceptible, reliable, and hard working. When I buy a bike of my own, I will be more than happy to drive out of town, in order to see these people again. "

"I am amazed at the degree of outstanding service I have received and I have not even stepped foot into the door yet! I had sent a basic email requesting information regarding a gift card for my husband for Christmas. I was thinking about getting him a tune up for his '87 Sportster, but had no clue where to start and what would be included. "I was just stopping in for a t-shirt, after all that is what you do when you ride in new territory. While I was waiting for my wife and friends to finish shopping, I was admiring the Ultra Classics when I was approached by the sales manager. He eagerly told me he could help me ride it away, I said no way I just bought my Road King in June (4 months earlier, I loved my Road King but wished I had considered the Ultra. He made me the deal of a lifetime basically over the phone while I ate lunch with with my friends as we began to continue our ride. I ended up coming straight back to the dealership and rode off on my new Ultra in less than two hours. That was the HARLEY BUYING EXPERIENCE that I missed when I purchased my Road King. "We were in town for the 2008 ROT Rally. Just came by for a t-shirt and left with lots more! We were on Matt's (my husband) Heritage Classic for the weekend. Actually we just came by for some AC :) because we had been at the rally all morning. We had already bought our t-shirts and was on the way out the door when we walked by the Anniversary Edition Screaming Eagle Ultra Glide. Then up walked your employee Hance Smith. That guy has more HD knowledge than anyone I've ever met!!! The more he talked, the more I was convinced that this was our future bike... With the terrific finance help from Kim Smith the future was only a couple weeks away! We traded my bike that was left at home (2008 Anniversary 1200 Sportster) during the ROT Rally. Of course the several hundred miles away that we were from home and all the extra's that were ordered/installed made the "D" day very exciting! You guys are the best!!! Everyone at the dealership that we came into contact with was terrific! Please teach the other dealerships your level of customer satisfication. No one has ever been so pleasant to work a deal with. "I came into the dealeship on Friday, 5/11, and was immediately welcomed by several employees. Sue Reynolds was the salesperson I felt most comfortable with and I cannot describe how informative and helpful she was to me. I was ready to trade in my 2005 Sportser 883 and thought I wanted a Softail Custom. "Friday, 6/29/07, myself and a couple of riding buddies were in Austin from Houston for first leg of quick weekend trip and as we Harley riders do, always find a local dealership to browse around. Spent a little time doing so and left for afternoon refreshment. After leaving, I noticed engine and battery light had came on my 06 Streetglide. I left the fellows and immediately returned to have it checked out. The service department guys took me right in. Turns out my voltage regulator had gone out. It was replaced and i was back on my way. The last thing I wanted was to be stranded and I commend the service department staff for their service and rate it to be top notch. This experience was a first for me being that I've only been riding since last May. "I can not say enough about how good these people are. They went above and beyond to get me on a 06 Sportster 883C. With a small child, long weekend rides and rally's are fun, but not something that we can participate in very often. Riding weather for some is Tball, soccer and football weather to us moms. "My first Harley purchase was akin to being adopted by a whole new family. I was up to the last minute torn between that other "Big Touring" bike manufacturer and actually walked back and forth from one dealer to the other. My wife and I discussed all the options and items and the big sales point was the Sales staff, the concern for my purchasing the right bike, and the feeling of Family. Dan went way above and beyond in his explanation of the various models of touring bikes available and the attributes of each. This was in enough detail and yet english speak, that my non-mechanically inclined wife commented on how much she understood. When all was said and done, in that other place, all I had was a color option. The sales staff over there was less than knowledgeable, and more concerned with a commission. Dan, I still need to come by and see you for an item we discussed, but believe me I'll be in there often, if for no other reason than to visit... Great Product, Great Store and most importantly, a Fantastic Staff. Remember, I drove past a Harley Dealer to make it to Central Texas Harley...and would certainly do it again ...."

"I've been doing business with Central Texas for almost 4 years. I know we're all supposed to be part of the "family," but Central Texas takes this word to new heights. Even though I didn't originally purchase my FXST from CTHD they have always treated me as if I did. In fact, they treated me better than the dealership where I originally bought my bike. I must state that due to past rumours I had many initial concerns-they were unfounded, Joe, Frank, and everyone else have not only treated me as a friend but as a customer. The latter's important. "Outstanding Customer Service by Frank Hammond and the service crew. Frank was able to keep my biking experience Great and on track. I entered a long comment section in the guest book and to make it short, I have just recently gotten back into biking after over 25 years of not owning a bike. My wife is just getting into the rides with me and we just made a trip to Marble Falls (which was unplanned) and spent the night. We were heading back home on Sunday, weekend of the Austin Rally, when we had a flat tire (2nd one in 2 weeks). After waiting for 2 hrs for road service we were taken to your location and dropped off around 3:00 p.m.. We were told that there was no one left to do service until tuesday due to the extra hours spent getting ready for the rally. With this being my wifes first decent trip, this was not turning into a good experience for us. We were making plans to see how we were going to get back to Houston when Frank Hammond told us he would call someone into the shop to fix the tire the same day. I cannot tell you how good of news this was. Within 1 1/2 hrs we were back on the road to Houston. Outstanding Customer Service by Frank and you will never know how you may have made it more enjoyable to be a biker. It is good to see someone go outside the normal practice to take care of someone and not see it as just a job but understand the concerns of others and want to help the experience be a pleasant one. Thanks again Frank and the Service Crew !!! You have shown the importance of True Customer Service. "To Whom it Concerns, We just purchased a 2005 FXST from your dealership and we were given shirts that say "It's All About Family" and that is exactly how we were treated. As with all businesses you always hear the bad and not always the good and this was the case with Central Texas Harley. For several years I heard many complaints and had decided to never purchase a bike from you, but boy were those comments wrong. I first went to another Harley dealer in Austin and my wife and I were there for 30 minutes and not one person said Hello or May we help you. We left and came to Central Texas Harley. We were told hello by several people and one salesman came to us and told us he was with another customer, but would find someone to help us. He brought over Christina Anthony and introduced us. We chatted for a bit and I took an application with us. I filled out the application a few days later and brought it back. Christina was in a training meeting, but we were treated like family and introduced to Drew. Our credit was ran and we were approved. Christina was out of the meeting and introduced us to everyone and again it was very enjoyable experience. Everyone from James and Chuck in parts, to Frank in service, the other sales personal, the wonderful women in clothing treated us every time like family. I cannot say enough about your dealership and the employees that make it a place you want to return, but all I know is that I am glad that I did stop and sorry that I listened to the rumors prior to my coming in.
